It doesn’t get much worse than being accused of ruining Christmas. In 2013, record winter weather plus record e-commerce orders created a delivery nightmare for UPS and other logistics companies. The following year, they were determined to prove they got it.

The campaign was such a success, UPS repeated the effort for several years. We even brought back Carson to deliver some wishes of his own.
